David Was diagnosed with a tumor on the left side of his cerebellum on December 4, 2016. The surgery he had on December 7 led to improvements and hope for a near-perfect recovery. However, since the tumor was not entirely removed, (due to its proximity to the brain stem), what remains is "angry" and grew back. He will undergo another surgery April 28, 2017.
