David was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer in March 2021. He underwent a successful surgery to remove the mass along with one of his kidneys. After surgery, cancerous lesions were discovered in his pelvic area and on his femur. David is in the process of recovering from surgery and is undergoing immunotherapy treatment through City of Hope.
