David Ratliff is a 74 yr old got hit by a car while working in his shop on 11/23/18 day after thanksgivings. Has has been hospitalized since his accident. He is stable condition but still in a state of coma. My father in law is self employed and now he has no other means of income. My in laws need help with medical bills and household bills. Hope we can help my family during this unbelievable tragedy. Mr Ratliff has had a very difficult year. Last year around the same time my mother in law had a major stroke ,has very limited mobility and has lost her speech.
