On July 3rd, David was involved in a bicycle accident. We don't know all of the details yet, but he collided with a vehicle. He was found unresponsive and was airlifted to Regions hospital. He remains in a coma in the ICU . So far we know that he has suffered a serious head injury, a broken left shoulder, and a fractured pelvis. He had surgery yesterday afternoon to relieve intracranial pressure and bleeding, and vitals and pressure have been stable since last evening. He is heavily sedated to keep him stable and out of pain.
