Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.  As some of you know, a few weeks back, David was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital and then transferred to Tufts Medical in Boston.  The doctors have  diagnosed him with a condition known as a Glioblastoma.  The doctors have advised that the Glioblastoma is located in the two frontal lobes of David's brain and is considered in-operable.  This form of Brain Cancer is very aggressive and has affected his ability to communicate.  Although he is alert and stable, he has difficulty communicating/interacting fully with visitors and hospital staff.  He is currently in the Oncology inpatient unit for approximately 3.5 weeks of treatment.  The treatment consists of both radiation and chemotherapy.

As more information is available we will be using this forum to keep both family and friends updated as to his condition.  Visitors are welcome during visiting hours (11am-8pm), and he is happy to see smiling faces.
