David returned to Kaiser ICU to thank his care team. There were hundreds! He was lucky to get pictures with just a few! He thanked them and told them how helpful his journal has been to his recovery. He was emotional as he shared his story. The team was grateful that he came to visit and say thank you. It was the doctor's idea to take a picture!

On Friday Nov 22, 2019 David was admitted to ICU at Kaiser Hospital in Irvine CA.  He has been in critical condition with Cardiovascular and Kidney failure due to Pancreatitis and was put on life support.  We are now hopeful for a full recovery but he will have a long journey ahead. Read our journals for updates.
