On Tuesday December 6th, shortly after coming home from work Dave had an onset of a severe headache. He tried managing his headache at home but it became too much. We received the news that Dave had two aneurysms and one had ruptured Monday afternoon. He was flown by helicopter to UMNC in Omaha. He is located in the Clarkson Tower at UNMC in room 8810.
