On behalf of David, Joan, Paul, Eric and I, we are so incredibly thankful for your support and for your continued prayers. Please know that we covet every text, phone call, meal, and prayer.

Most of you know David's story through CarePages, but for those that do not, here is a quick summary:

David was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, Ewing's Sarcoma, on February 5th, 2015 where he had a tumor growing in his pelvic bone. He went through a year of chemo and radiation and the cancer was gone. It felt like a miracle. We celebrated and David worked and traveled and continued to search for his passions and God throughout his time in remission.  In July of 2017, David went in for another scan, he was receiving them every 3 months at this time, he was diagnosed again. This time, the cancer had spread to his pelvic bone, his spine and his lungs.  After meeting with doctors and discussing options, there is no cure for Recurrent Ewing's Sarcoma and he has chosen not to seek out any other options at this point. David has been working with palliative care doctors for help with the pain and here in lies the rest of his story. We pray for a miracle among many other things and hope that you can help lift David up during this time. God is always faithful and even if these are not the plans any of us had, He is always there and David speaks those words daily.

Thank you again for being there.
