Thank you already for all the prayers and expressions of care and support. The Fathman Family knows we have been blessed beyond words. This will be my fifth major surgery in just shy of 3 years and the 5th time the family has had to endure and trust once again. What a journey God has us on. Lots of big reminders of who is in control. So glad He is! We find great peace in keeping our eyes on our Lord. God willing, this will be my last surgical journey. The current plan, pending tests on Friday of this week, is to have my remaining lower digestive tissues removed. Other than the recovery itself, this should not change anything in terms of my how my current plumbing works or functions. Simply removing the unused parts and making what I have officially permanent. Something I "mostly" had already accepted at the time of my last surgery. Amy and I will update as often as we can as updates are pertinent. Thank you again.
