Dave Mason

 Dave was diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer in May 2018.   He showed no symptoms and it was only through an unexpected blood test at a routine physical that he was referred for additional testing and arrived upon his diagnosis.  

Dave lives in Bellevue, WA with his wife of 16 yrs, and two boys, ages 7 and 9.
