Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.  I was diagnosed at the end of April with Stage III Hodgkin Lymphoma and I am undergoing chemotherapy.  The chemotherapy is going to be six cycles (twelve treatments) over six months.  I receive an ABVD chemo cocktail infusion every other week and then on off weeks I go in for labs.  My treatment requires weekly visits to the UC Health Hospital Anschutz Cancer Center.

This website will aid in planning visits and any care assistance (i.e. trips to appointments, meals, etc.).  Feel free to check the planner and sign up for any days you are free to either hang out or help out.  You can also check for updates on how treatment is going and also find out if there are days that maybe aren't so good for visiting.  At some point my immune system will be very weak and precautions will need to be taken with visitations.  You can visit http://www.lls.org/ (http://www.lls.org) to learn more about Lymphoma, the treatments and the side-effects of chemotherapy.  Mine is specifically Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma Mixed Cellularity Stage III.  It is a highly curable form of Lymphoma and the prognosis is good.  Just taking the first few steps up this mountain and I'm determined to make it to the top.  Thanks to everyone for their love and support.
