Daniel Rehmet  is a 6th grade student at Argyle Middle School.

In August of 2017, our family was blessed beyond measures to meet Daniel and his amazing family. They were new to Texas, in fact new to the US!! They moved here from Germany. Our first time to meet Daniel was at the bus stop on the first day of school in 2017.  Cade and Daniel became instant friends. Cade wanted Daniel to help him learn German, and Cade wanted to help Daniel with English. The two of them had an instant bond that has continued to grow!! Since coming to the community of Argyle 3 years ago, Daniel's sweet spirit has made such an impact on so many of his classmates and teachers!Over the last month, Daniel has been ill. He's had many tests run to determine what's going on within his body.  On Friday, April  10, 2020, his family received the heartbreaking news that he has Leukemia.  Daniel is in the hospital and will begin treatment tomorrow.  The family has requested prayers.  If you would like to contribute to this family to assist with medical bills, there is a GoFund me account attached to this site.
