Thank you for praying. I received a call from the oncology nurse this morning that Daniel's MRI results showed no cause of concern. Everything looked great. His tumor markers in his bloodwork from Monday were in the normal range as well. Everything went smoothly yesterday at the hospital. It was really special that our hospital (personal care assistant) friend Dawn had seen Daniel's name on the schedule and decorated his room for us. She even had cards for both of us on the bedside table with Starbucks gift cards inside. She came in 15 minutes before her shift began at 1:00, and we were able to give her a hug and catch up as Daniel was being discharged. After I left Daniel in the MRI room, I checked into the hospital's surgery waiting room to do some devotional writing. A man in line overheard me say the patient's name and said, "Daniel Pine?! I was his bus driver. Daniel is my buddy." I said, "People seem to know Daniel wherever we go." I think he touches every one he meets.Blessings on each of your days today.
