Daniel Millsaps

Danny was diagnosed with AML, acute myeloid leukemia, on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. This was out of nowhere as he just had regular blood work done and his doctor didn't like the way the results came back and sent him to a hematologist. We had just returned on Monday from a relaxing 10 day Caribbean cruise and Danny's appointment was Tuesday morning. The hematologist drew more blood and did a bone marrow biopsy and called Wednesday with the news. Danny checked into Florida Hospital in Orlando on Thursday and so the journey back to good health begins.
