After experiencing stomach pains for about a month Daniel went for physical and  a colonoscopy was recommended.
Over the next 3 weeks  waiting for the colonoscopy  the pain increased.  It took 2 ER visits, cat scan, MRI, ultra sound and
finally surgery to determine what no one including doctors suspected.  Rectal cancer  in an advanced  stage was found.
We are now waiting on labs and spending New Years Eve in the hospital  recovering from the surgery.  All we know at this
point is  we are beginning a new journey.  Looks like Chemo will be needed in about  3 weeks.   We are very aware  we are in Gods hands.
The out pouring of support and prayers has been over whelming and much appreciated.  Although it has barely been 24 hours Daniels
Fight and prospective has been truly amazing.  I am so proud of him.

We have requested no visitors for now due to the need for rest.  As you might know that is a difficult thing to do in a hospital oddly
enough.

I will keep this sight updated so you can keep up to date so I can better communicate with out repeating myself so many times 😄.
