We were driving home from Florida and made it to Coon Rapids. I offered to drive the rest of the way home as Dale was complaining of acid reflux and just not feeling well. Dale requested that we stop for the night so we could see my mom in the morning since she lives close to here. We got a hotel for the night. Dale went to take a bath to relax, but when I went to check on him he was on his knees by the toilet about to be sick. He proceeded to look at me, eyes rolled back, and he collapsed. I immediately yelled his name several times and he opened his eyes and refused an ambulance, but did agree to allow me to drive him to the hospital. After arriving to the hospital He had 2 more (massive) heart attacks. They brought him back twice with the paddles, CPR, and brought him into surgery to place a stent. They discovered he had 100% blockage to his heart. They have since had him sedated, on a ventilator, and a balloon pump that pumps his blood for him so his heart can rest. Although, yesterday they got to remove that pump! Which is good. But his hemoglobin is very low so he's become very anemic. Every day is very up and down, but he's better than he was. We're all praying for the very best. We appreciate all the thoughts, prayers, messages, and kind words. We will try to keep most updates on here so everyone can see and keep informed as we need my mom to also rest and be focused on my dad.
