This is my second time around. I am calmer than I was the first time. At least on the outside. The first time I was caught entirely off-guard. I didn't know what to expect. I was unfamiliar with the various terms and abbreviations used to describe what I had, what I needed, what was going to be done. I had to rely on people I didn't really know and didn't quite trust.
But this time, I know the drill. I am not intimidated. I will make my own decisions.
