Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. On November 27, 2017 Cyndie was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic Non Skin Melanoma.   Prior to her diagnosis Cyndie was experiencing pain and not feeling well for some time and after a fall and severe pain in her ribs, she went to North Memorial emergency room  where they discovered her cancer with a cat scan.  The treatment recommended is immunotherapy which Cyndie started her first treatment on December 17.  Her next treatment will be  December 21.   Cyndie decided to have a port put in to help with making treatments easier.  So far she is just experiencing a lot of bone pain and feeling dizzy or nauseated.  Being tired is probably the number one symptom!   She feels very optimistic that the treatments will keep the cancer from growing and minimize.  Since so many people care and love her she is hoping to keep people updated thru Caring Bridge.  She appreciates support and prayers and if she doesn't respond quickly she will soon and knows and appreciates your love and concern.   Cyndie's positive spirit shines thru during all of this!
Please send prayers for Cyndies comfort during her treatments and for her families strength as they support her!    She has 3 sons  & 2  daughter in laws who love her dearly and grandchildren who are trying to understand why grandma is not feeling good.  :(
Please use this site to let Cyndie know you are thinking of her and prayers for her.
Your support is greatly appreciated!!
