Crisi Kinslow

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated on Crisi’s health situation. Linda and Crisi will be posting updates. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Crisi was experiencing shortness of breath at work at Walt’s Other Pub on Sunday, Sept 3 and went to the emergency room. She was admitted and underwent several tests. She was diagnosed with a slow growing form of lung cancer and blood clots in her lungs. At this time, the cancer is thought to be non-aggressive and operable. Overall the prognosis is favorable.

Crisi was released from the hospital on Saturday, September 9. Over the next few weeks, Crisi will be meeting with doctors and developing a plan for treatment. She is also having a lot of pain in her leg, not related to the cancer, but thought to be Peripheral Artery Disease, but nothing diagnosed yet. She is on oxygen therapy. Crisi will be living with her mother Linda for the next few months.

The address is:  3238 Hanover Drive, Lafayette, IN 47909. We ask that you check with Linda or Crisi before visiting, since space is limited. We also want Crisi to get her rest.  Crisi has several Dr.'s appointments the week of Sept 11th.  We will be updating the journal as we know more to tell you.
