Craig was in an farming accident on August 2nd around 11:30 AM. He was attempting to cut ditches in his tractor when it tipped over leaving him with two fractures in his neck and a fracture in the back of his skull. He had surgery starting at 6:45 PM and it got done a little after midnight. Doctors said that surgery went as well as they could of hoped so that is extremely positive and a big relief. Dad is still recovering in the intensive care at Saint Mary's here in Rochester.  The surgeon came this morning and dad was able to lift both legs nearly a foot off his bed but is still extremely weak. He was able to move his toes which is encouraging to us as well as the doctors.  He is also able to move his arms but has trouble squeezing his fingers together. Mom is doing great and being very strong for dad. We are all so thankful for all of the support everyone has shown. My family is so thankful for all of your prayers, having a strong faith in a time like this has brought us all peace as we know the lord is watching over dad.
