Cooper Stow Cooper's Surgery Updates

Cooper suffered a stroke at birth and as a result has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. He is such a strong little man! Over the past few years his ESES Epilepsy has gotten worse and he is medication resistant. After much research and planning, he will be having a hemispherectomy at Duke University on April 23.
