Conny Bouten

Thank you for visiting Conny's Caring Bridge site. Conny has had a heroic fight with MSA (Multiple Systems Atrophy) since 2011. Over the years Conny has battled autonomic systems deteriorating but through it all she has had a positive attitude. In the past week we have seen a decline and have been told that Conny may be near the end of her battle. We will use this site to keep friends and family updated  with information.
