Connie Tiedt World's Best Nana

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We started this page to keep you all updated on who we consider "the World's Best Nana" (and wife, mom, sister, friend and more).  
Connie started her battle with ovarian cancer almost two years ago. Her strength, positive attitude and general all-around feisty-ness have been unmatched. She has shown us all what it means to have a steadfast faith in God and has found comfort in knowing that no matter what happens, she will always be safe in the arms of Jesus. 
Connie recently entered hospice care at home. Her husband Dave has been by her side every possible minute and continues to take care of her every day and night. 48 years of marriage have passed and they are still by each other's side, still loving each other and leaning on each other through the toughest of times. 
Connie is surrounded with love by her family and friends, and is so grateful for all of the support and prayers from everyone. We have all been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love we've received as we go through this difficult time. Thank you to each and every one of you for being there for us.
