Colleen Marie Schuler, nee McKernan, age 61, died peacefully at home in Burtonsville, MD on March 4, 2016, following a five year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey L. Schuler.
Jeff's and Colleen's families are grateful for the joy, love, laughter, and the empowering lessons of faith in God that Colleen's life and death afforded all who knew her. The family also extends its heartfelt thanks to the friends and the caring team at Montgomery Hospice who offered prayers, food, and comfort, and eased Colleen's and her family's difficulties through her last days.
Friends are invited to Colleen's memorial service on Thursday, April 7, 2016, at 11:00 am at Grace Community Church, 8200 Old Columbia Road, Fulton, MD. A reception will follow at the church.
