January 2018 I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). I was told that I wouldn’t need treatment for 10-15 years. During a checkup this February it was discovered that my lymph nodes had doubled in size & number. Additional tests have confirmed that I not only have CLL but SLL (Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma) too. Treatment in 10-15 years has turned into needing treatment right away. And a new journey begins...
