May 11th was a very difficult day for swim community and the family of Coach Don LaMont. Coach Don suffered a massive stroke that Friday, that has left him permanently blind, partially paralyzed on his left side, and fighting to regain awareness and his short term memory. It has now been one month later, and our family still has received so many prayers and messages of love from all who loved my dad. Thank you to Stacy Manera for informing me of this website, where I can post updates on my dad, and do my very best to keep everyone informed of the status.
