In 2004, Tom was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. After being rushed in for surgery, it was discovered the cancer had moved into the lymph system. The past 11.5 years have been filled with treatments, chemo, special diets, experimental treatments, and more. However, the past 11.5 years have also been filled with college graduations, incredible ministry opportunities, walking his daughter down the aisle, and the birth of his grandchildren.
