It all started with a simple routine yearly mammogram. Results can back abnormal, so they asked me to come back in to do a repeat mammo and ultrasound as well. The doctor confirmed that there was a problem, so a biopsy was scheduled and performed. A few days later, the results confirmed that there was cancer present and a surgery was scheduled for a lumpectomy and lymph node removal. The surgery was smooth but the results showed that the margins were not clear and that the lymph nodes were cancerous. The diagnosis went from Stage 1 to Stage 2A cancer due to the infected lymph nodes. This is where we are today and we will keep posting information as we receive it. Your prayers are the most important thing for us at this point. We know God loves us and will work all things together for the good! Romans 8:28 Thank you for your love and support. Lots of love, Jim and Claudia
