Christy Williams Christy's Cancer Journey

Hi.  This is Cheryl, Christy's mom. Welcome to our Caring Bridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated.  Christy was recently diagnosed with inoperable cancer of her brain stem.  This is a very sensitive and dangerous place since the brain stem controls so much of one's body.  Christy's treatment plan will be a six-week round of radiation and a chemotherapy pill which is to begin on the 21st of this month.  Please keep her in your prayers.  God is bigger and more powerful than any cancer.  And His peace and comfort are what is going to sustain Christy and her loved ones as we embark on this journey together.
