I have advanced stage breast cancer to put it out there; Invasive Ductal Carcinoma and Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Hard pill to swallow but I am starting to go through the next phase of grief, acceptance. We have a game plan which entails chemo, surgery, radiation followed by hormone therapy. Doctors are optimistic and feel the prognosis is favorable. To cope and mange this awful disease I will log my journey and provide updates as I can but asked my niece to assist.
