Timeline: - May 2016: Ultrasound during ER visit revealed I had large ovarian masses. - June 2016 Admitted to hospital for 8 days, during which time I had an open hysterectomy/salpingo-oopherectomy/appendectomy. Dx with stage IVb endo cancer! (Ugh!) Recovered ridiculously well and quickly from surgery in less than 3 weeks. Outpatient port placement. Started chemo - every 3 weeks carbo/taxol.
