Christina Hermetz

Christina was diagnosed with breast cancer on June 15th, 2016. While doing a self breast exam, Christina noticed a small lump on her right breast. After contacting her doctor, she was sent for a mammogram and ultrasound on June 8th. The results suggested getting a biopsy on Monday, June 13th. Wednesday morning, June 15th, Christina received the news that she had infiltrating mammory carcinoma, mixed (sductal and lobular). The initial staging is Stage 1 with no lymph node involvement based on the diagnostic MRI. We do not have all of the answers that we would like yet, but will know more after her surgery.

Christina will receive a double mastectomy tomorrow, July 19th @ 8am. At this time, we are asking for your positive thoughts and prayers. Rather than contacting Christina or Kevin directly, please feel free to leave notes of love and support here.
