Kyle began feeling ill at the end of June 2017 and after a month of antibiotic treatment for suspected pneumonia, his condition only worsened to the point of hospitalization. The journal entries were written by Kyle's wife Christina at the point of check in at Arlington Memorial on Thursday, July 27th. No one knew what was to come but God has walked with this family through this trying time and shown himself faithful to comfort and restore. Journal entries are marked with numbers. The oldest and first entry is number 1.
