For starters, thanks to everyone who has reached out since Christian became ill to inquire about his status and offer support to our family. The outpouring of love and kindness has been overwhelming. While we understand everyone's need for information about his medical status and desire for regular updates, please understand that the seriousness of the situation and sometimes hourly changes does not permit such real time updates. As Christian's dad, I will do the best I can to provide meaningful entries on this site for family and friends to follow his progress when I am able. Please understand that such updates may just simply state "status quo" if there is no meaningful change for better or worse. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.
