Chrissie Guggemos was diagnosed June 12th, 2017 with a brain tumor. She underwent neurosurgery on June 20th to remove the tumor, and the neurosurgeon is confident that they removed 99.99% of the tumor cells. She will undergo 6 weeks of radiation beginning Mid-July to eradicate any remaining cancer cells. She is a patient of New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.
