On Tuesday January 3rd Chris passed out while working in Mankato, MN was unresponsive and was rushed to Mankato Hospital. Once he arrived a stat CT scan was completed, and he was diagnosed with a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. He was awake enough to tell the staff he wanted to be transferred to the St. Cloud Hospital to be near his family. Dr. Shae (interventional neurologist) accepted him as a patient at SCH. Before he was air lifted to St. Cloud, along with being intubated, he had a ventriculostomy drain placed in his head to relieve the pressure and drain excess fluid. Once he arrived to St. Cloud he was placed in the Intensive Care Unit.
