In late Feb, I found a lump the size of a small grape in my left breast while wrestling with my bra underwire. Realizing that I had skipped mammograms over the pandemic I quickly made an appt and was referred for further tests. 2 weeks later, I left an ultrasound hearing “at least you caught it early” and was directed to make an appointment for a biopsy. 1 week later, biopsy and some good Xanax to get me through, I was told I would get results in a week to ten days. The outcome was hearing the shock that I had a 1 inch malignant tumor. As I embark upon the journey of treatment and protection from future cancers, I will try to be good about updates here. Feel free to ask me any questions as I am an open book. Appreciate everyone’s love and support. ❤️
