Chris Bemiss

In January Chris noticed that her vision in her right eye had changed.  She has lost peripheral vision and brightness in that eye.  She visited Dr. Klocke, an optometrist.  She then scheduled an MRI and they found a mass on her brain that affected her optic nerve.  Dr. Klocke referred her to Mayo Clinic for further testing.  She was diagnosed with a meningioma  tumor.  She is currently having surgery to remove the tumor at St. Mary's hospital in Rochester.   She will also have 6 weeks of radiation treatment five days of week.  She has a long journey ahead of her.
