I hope this is a good way to inform all of you who are concerned with Chief's condition.  We LOVE our Chief and we appreciate ALL your prayers.  We feel them! thank you!

On Friday,  Aug 17th, late in the afternoon, he came in the kitchen and was very confused when he attempted to speak to Max.  She, of course, is an amazing RN so she picked up on it right away.  She was able to convince him to sit down to be safe and called 911.  He was rushed to Ocshner Baptist Hospital where they discovered a very large brain bleed in the left parietal lobe.  He was then medically transferred to Ocshner Jeff Hwy because of their wonderful Neuro dept.  He is currently in Critical Care Unit.
