Cheyenne has been a Type 1 diabetic since she was 11. Cheyenne is now 28, and has a beautiful daughter, Aspen, that loves and needs her mommy. Diabetes has taken its toll on Cheyenne. Amongst other issues, to include blindness in one eye, she is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. She is FINALLY on the transplant list. YAY!!!
