Welcome to my CaringBridge website.  I created it to keep friends, family and coworkers updated about my journey. Get started by reading the introduction to my website, My Story.

Visit often to read the latest journal entries, visit the photo gallery, and write me a note in our guestbook.

You never realize how a couple days and the awful news of cancer can change your life.   You have to think about things you never imagined...treatment, being sick, losing hair, and possibly death.
I'm currently 44 been diagnosed with ductal and invasive breast cancer and will require a mastectomy in the coming weeks.
I live at home with a WONDERFUL and supportive husband and two beautiful children.  I couldn't ask for two better children to be in my life.  Ryan -  age 16, and Kayla - age 10.   Also have a little dog Bailey that depends on me.
I have a wonderful life with my children and husband.  I plan on staying positive and do whatever my doctors advise that will cure me and ensure I stay on this earth with my children (and hopefully grandchildren in due time) for a LONG time.

This site is being started for my friends, family and coworkers and anyone else interested in my story and my journey thru beating the cancer that has invaded my body.

My family and I appreciate any comments and prayers.  We will need all the support we can get!
