Well, here we are again! Today dad was in an accident. He crushed both ankles and broke the fibula’s. They did surgery to put on external fixation devices. These will be in place for a couple of weeks as the impact compacted the bones. After a couple of weeks he will have surgery to place plates, screws etc. He will be in a wheelchair for at least 3-4 months. This happened in Payson, UT so he will be in Utah for a while. Tina and I are here with him now and Cheryl is home handling the coordination of care. Dad’s friends Dawn and Ruben have been here with him all day. I will keep everyone updated but for now please keep him and us in your thoughts ❤️
