Dear family and friends,

As many of you know, Charlie began having medical issues in 2011 that have become progressively worse and more complex. Charlie, Richard and I arrived in Florida May 15. After 1 week, Richard had to return back home. Charlie and I remain at the Ronald McDonald House - East in St Petersburg across the street from John Hopkins Childrens Hospital, Florida while we stabilize Charlies medical issues.

Charlie has seen several specialists since we arrived and is being referred to others. As his team evaluates him, they are running many tests to determine what the origin of his challenges are and to determine how to help and support him.

See next journal entry for details on Charlies battles; 3 brain masses, P.A.N.D.A.S. (a brain- auto immune encephalitis) brain chiari, SCFE double hip surgery, loss of use of rt hip, severe sensory/anxiety (incl public ) chronic fatigue.

Shriners hospital has taken on Charlies care!

Because the demands on my time, Im not able to update all of you individually, so  I will be updating here so you can check in here for updates on Charlies status.I hope this site will allow your feedback and comments as well. Please sign the guestbook.

Thank you all for Loving Charlie!
