Uncle Charlie greatly appreciates your support and kindness during this difficult journey. His doctors are not able to slow the aggressive cancer and a decision to transition to hospice has been made.
This is such a difficult time as he and all those who know and love him so dearly know he has still so much to give, but apparently God has other plans for him.
Some time in the next couple days Uncle Charlie will go to Abington Jefferson Health Center (located at 225 Newtown Rd, 3rd Flr - Main Bldg Warminster, PA 18974. 215-441-6837) It is here that family and friends are invited to visit to celebrate Charlies life with him and honor him for his lifelong compassionate spirit and hero's heart.
