Family: We are going to use Caring Bridge to keep track of Dad's appointments, procedures, and medication changes. Dad keeps up with all of this for himself without any problems. However, if he is hospitalized the doctors will need this information and we wanted it to not only be as accurate as possible but also accessible to you via your smart phone.
