Charlene Earl Charlene's Journey

  I have a rare form of liver cancer that only presents itself in 1% of adults (undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma).  It is actually a "kid cancer" so I guess this means that I am/will always be a "kid at heart."   The biopsy had to be sent to the Mayo Clinic to be diagnosed because they have never seen anything like it here.  The next steps are a referral to oncology to develop a treatment plan.  So that's what I know for now and as my doctor shared one step at a time.  I love you guys!
