We are asking you all to pray for Chad at this time and the future. He has not been feeling well the past three weeks and has been to the doctor a couple times. Was put on antibiotics last week before we went on vacation to our favorite spot Little Sahara. While we were there he began feeling worse on thursday. The drive home sunday was tough. He woke up monday early afternoon and spent 4.5 hours at the clinic. They ran tests, took blood and chest xray. Then they sent him to the er because his white blood cell count was in the 100,000’s. He then had a CT Scan at the Er. The Er said they believed he had leukemia. He took his first ambulance ride to UNMC Werner Tower and was admitted. It has been confirmed he has Acute Leukemia. He just had a bone marrow sample taken this morning. We wont know exactly what type he has until late tonight or tomorrow
