On September 5th 2016 Chad was taken to the hospital via ambulance to Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. While there he had a CT Scan which revealed he had bleeding on his brain. They immediately transferred him to Fairview Southdale in Edina Mn. Chad underwent brain surgery September 6th. The Neurosurgeon removed two hematoma!s and cauterized a bleeding vein. Although this is going to be a long road the doctors are very optimistic he will fully recover. Thank you all for your prayers and support!!
