Cecelia’s family has set up a CaringBridge site in order to keep her friends and family informed. As some of you know, Cecelia was diagnosed with breast cancer on Dec. 22, 2016. Her bilateral mastectomy surgery is underway today. We have set up this website to allow friends and family to be updated on her progress throughout the upcoming weeks.
