In July of 2015 I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer which had already spread to two vertebrae. The next four years I was blessed to have blocker type medications and oral chemos, that kept the cancer at bay. This past summer however, it became apparent that the cancer was finding it’s way around these medications and I began to deal with symptoms and challenges of cancer progression. Scans in September and October of 2020 show significant progression. So now I am dealing with challenges of treatments and options.
